Zurac says…
Posted: May 22, 2012 Filed under: channeling Leave a comment »I was noticing another pattern in Zurac’s communications the last few days, and asked him to expound:
“For the next several weeks, stay out of your head. Don’t spend too much time trying to figure it out. Instead: do. Whatever technique, release work, or energy movement therapy that works for you, engage in it. It is a period for doing, not “thinking”. “Thinking” involves parts of your system that do not necessarily support releasing. It is a time for releasing. Take advantage of this period, it will be very powerful.”

Question about questions…
Posted: April 13, 2012 Filed under: channeling Leave a comment »Here’s a question I’ve been asked several times: “What kind of question(s) can I ask Zurac during a channeling session?”
Here’s a simple answer: You can ask whatever you like, and Zurac will answer.
Zurac is very respectful and honors your intention for your session. He answers your question(s) based on the intention you have defined for yourself and your empowerment. He does so by providing you with information and possibilities, as opposed to “should’s” and “have to’s.” He holds your experience of personal power in the very highest regard.
Will he tell you when and where you will meet your next romantic partner, or if you will be offered a career promotion in the future? It has been my experience that Zurac answers questions from your personal growth point of view.
For example, he may point out some beliefs that are involved in your romantic endeavors that you may want to have a look at, or some beliefs that interact with your professional path. He seeks to support you in your empowerment by providing you with relevant information that can assist you on your journey.
I asked Zurac about his experience when he receives a question. Here is what he said:
“When you ask me a question, it is like watching your past unfold into the being that is now you; into the wholeness of how you experience yourself now. I assist in perceiving and communicating about thought patterns you hold, that may, or may not, affect your choices and therefore your experiences.
You are always choosing, one way or another. By informing you of these patterns, you have additional information from which to examine or review your choices. I’m here to optimize your empowerment in your journey forward. I am also here to encourage you in your experience of your own power of choice.”
So, to maximize your experience of your session with Zurac, take some quality time to define your intention for the session, and even make a list of questions you’d like to ask. He will give information that will support you in your personal growth and your empowerment.

“It is a wonderful time to clean out your closets. Not your literal closets, but rather, the closets where you store your old, outdated views of yourself. Enjoy this process. Take out these views, look them over, laugh at how you used to wear your hair and what clothes you chose to dress in. Then, toss them over your shoulder without a second thought. You are more capable then you realize to do this with ease. Enjoy the reminiscing, and then let go.”

I asked Zurac if he had anything he’d like to share about Mercury’s current period. Take a listen and let me know what you think, this is our first audio upload!

So… what’s it like?
Posted: March 3, 2012 Filed under: channeling, durham, nc Leave a comment »Having a channeling session, that is. I’ve had several people ask.
Whether you’re having a one-on-one, phone, or group channeling session, it’s like talking to a great friend. A friend who is mellow, accepting, gentle, and funny. A friend who is supportive, an advocate for your goals and desires, and who makes useful and insightful suggestions into how to ease, or propel, you into creating the life that you want for you.
If it’s a one-on-one session in my home, we’ll sit at my dining room table. If we’ve never met, we’ll chat a bit and get to know one another. Then I’ll channel for you. It takes less than a minute for me to invite Zurac in. As a conscious integrated channeler, I’ve been trained to generate a smooth experience of stepping into the background of my consciousness and inviting Zurac in to speak. It is a quick, graceful transition.
You can begin asking your questions right away. I suggest you have pen and paper available. Zurac offers a lot of information. Taking some notes allows you to later re-visit what Zurac has said. You can also record your session if you’d like.
If the session is over the phone or by Skype, it’s basically the same, minus the dining room table.
If you’re attending a group channeling event, the channeling occurs in a public forum where people gather to ask their questions to Zurac. You can choose to simply listen to the other participants questions and the answers that are presented, or you can choose to ask your own question. A group event is delightful, and the social contact amongst the participants is very enriching.
Have you ever experienced a channeling, and what was it like?
A quick thank you and lots of love

It was a very companionable, comfortable happening, and the energy was friendly and inviting. I appreciated everyone’s feedback, and am grateful to have spent the time with you all.
One attendant shared, “I really enjoyed Zurac’s smoothness in imparting assistance to each of the us as we asked our questions. Zurac’s respect for each of us was greatly appreciated.”
I’ll keep you updated on a date for the next one!
A question…
Posted: February 6, 2012 Filed under: channeling Leave a comment »Lots of people have been asking me “what are some reasons I would have a channeling session?”.
Well… for absolutely any reason that you’d like.
My experiences with channeling for clients is that we often have questions about what is happening in our lives. We are sometimes seeking guidance; we are feeling at a crossroads, or are thinking about maybe making some changes. We wonder how to formulate the future we really want. Are there any suggestions as to how to continue fulfilling our potential?
Take, for example, Dan (all names changed for privacy purposes), a client who was having multiple career doors opening for him all at once. He was exploring the pros and cons of each choice and desired some input. Dan questioned Zurac about his concerns on each opportunity, and learned of some unconscious belief structures, as well as receiving some insights into each career project. Dan expressed a few weeks after the session that he had made a decision and was very pleased with the outcome.
For some clients a session is motivated by curiosity: what are the reasons we are experiencing some specific situations in our lives at this time? This can be simply inquisitively seeking… There is nothing more exciting then seeing ourselves in a new light and seeking some insight into those viewpoints. My clients find channeling to be informative and comforting in these instances.
In this vein, another client, Karen, asked Zurac questions regarding her recent relationship experiences. She had lately been experiencing old friends and clients seeking to re-connect with her, as well as some current friendships falling by the wayside. She was very interested in some insights to this relational experience. Zurac offered some observations regarding some unfolding patterns in her life and an invitation to explore those patterns at her leisure.
These are simply two examples of client interactions I have had. In what situations might you choose to enjoy a channeling session and what questions would you ask?
Happy, happy, and a big announcement…
Posted: January 1, 2012 Filed under: channeling, durham, nc Leave a comment »Welcome to 2012! I hope this new year finds everyone in an excited and receptive mindset…
For myself, 2011 was a year of abundance in learning, change and exploration. Full disclosure: some of these experiences were more pleasant than others. However, I honor all of them, and am looking forward to more personal development in 2012.
And, as promised, a “big announcement” – I’m FINALLY ready to have y’all see my new website (insert party horn sounds here)!
I am loving the experience of assisting others in their lives the way I have been assisted. I find Zurac’s (“my” entity) style of communication so gentle, yet direct, and he always succeeds in providing me with clarity. I’m excited to be offering this option for clarity to others. With this in mind, please suggest this site to anyone else you know who will be interested.
There are more details in “Your Q&A” and the rest of the site. Peruse it at your leisure, feel free to comment or email me, and please let me know if you have any questions, or suggestions for the site.
My best wishes for an innovative, enjoyable 2012…
What is this channeling stuff anyway?
Posted: August 19, 2011 Filed under: channeling Leave a comment »Yea, good question.
It depends on who you ask; what their experiences have been; and what generation you are talking about.
The channeling skill I learned and use is called conscious integrated channeling. With this skill, I am totally present to the experience while not interfering with your interaction with the being/entity I channel. Conscious integrated channeling is about allowing an entity with whom I have developed a relationship, to animate my voice to speak to you and animate my body to move around, while I am in the background, aware of what’s being seen and what’s being said.
The entity I am working with is not just any old entity who can jump into me whenever the “spirit” moves them. This channeling process occurs with an entity I have built a relationship with (really), and it interacts with me only when I request, not randomly of the entity’s own accord.
Trance channeling, which is an older form of channeling and which I have experienced as a customer, differs from conscious integrated channeling in that the channeler is in trance, meaning, they do not remember what the entity says, or what happens during the session. This is a much more common form of channeling. I understand that there are many channelers who still use this skill, such as JZ Knight, who channels Ramtha.
The term “medium” is more commonly used for people who can hear or see entities, and pass along messages from them to you. Usually, the entity working with a medium does not animate the voice or the body; the medium is more a spokesperson for the entity. This is what John Edward does, the medium who speaks to deceased people and has had several of his own tv programs.
I hope this helps. It’s my intention to continue answering the questions I receive from clients as I am advancing in my journey!
I enjoy sharing my journey with you and I hope you do too!
